NEW! We are providing discounts for longer stays as part
of our own economic stimulus program. Discounts: $10/night
off if you stay 5 nights or more, and $20/night off if you stay 7
nights or more. Discounts will be automatically applied to
base rate displayed on the availability calendar and booking form.
(Exception: Merrie Monarch Festival). Booking is on-line using the secure Webervation
availability calendar and booking form. The nightly room
base rate is $160-$195 for single or double occupancy and includes a hot
buffet breakfast. Please consult the Availability Calendar
for rates specific to your stay (click on the "Check Availability"
button to the left). There is a $35/per night charge
for an extra third person in the Coconut Palm room. A
State transient accommodation tax of 7.25% of the base rate and a
general excise tax of 4.0% of the base rate is an additional
charge. We have a two night minimum stay requirement. Single
night stays may be scheduled last minute on-line 3 days or less in advance.
Cancellation Policy: notify us by email more than 14 days
prior to your arrival date and deposit funds (minus a $10/night
rebooking charge) will be refunded. After the cancellation period
expires you will receive an "in house" credit you can use towards
the cost of another booking, good for one year. Its a one time
credit opportunity to be applied towards the cost of one new
reservation, you can make on-line at your convenience.
Limitations and exceptions: We are a NO SMOKING establishment. We generally do
not accept children under twelve. Merrie Monarch Festival
period: cancellation period is 60 days, full deposit is
charged 30 days in advance, and no discounts apply.
Wildlife present: Our natural jungle setting appeals to nature
lovers and adventurous spirits. Frogs, and a variety of birds can
be heard during the night and early morning hours. Most people are
lulled to sleep by the natural sounds of a tropical rainforest,
but if you are a light sleeper please plan to use earplugs we
provide.
We have two friendly medium size dogs and a cat that sometimes
lounge in the parking area and may greet you but we do not allow
animals inside the bed and breakfast portion of the house. |
